These Terms and Conditions of use for the online store www.okmm.md apply to all orders for the purchase of products/services offered by the company “Asociația de Ortokeratologie și Managementul Miopiei AO” through the website.
To use the website properly, we recommend that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these provisions without prior notice.

 

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website is owned by “Asociația de Ortokeratologie și Managementul Miopiei AO”. By placing an order on the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or the provision of services, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions).
Using the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by “Asociația de Ortokeratologie și Managementul Miopiei AO”, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce.
The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other regulations adopted accordingly.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is responsible for monitoring any changes.

 

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By using www.okmm.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for order processing/confirmation/execution.
Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as delivering your ordered products, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the time required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.
We use commercially reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information on the website. However, the transmission of data over the internet or wireless networks cannot be fully secured. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information provided by the Buyer, who does so at their own risk.

 

3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Orders can be paid using a bank card. Upon receiving your order, you will receive a fiscal receipt confirming the payment.
Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using a bank card, which allows online transactions. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure standard, which provides a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This safety measure involves redirecting the user to a secure MAIB page where cardholder authentication is performed using a one-time code for each online transaction.
Refunds are made only to the bank card used for the original purchase. The payment information is accessible only to bank employees.

To make a payment, the following card details will be required:

• Card number (16 digits)

• Expiration date (month and year)

• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)

• Name on the payment card

If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the card-issuing bank’s exchange conditions will apply.

 

4. PRODUCT DELIVERY

Tickets are delivered exclusively in electronic format, via email, to the address provided by the client when placing the order. After payment confirmation, the ticket will be sent within a maximum of 24 hours.
Please ensure that the email address provided is correct, as the organizer is not responsible for any delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete email address.
If you have not received your ticket within the specified time frame, please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folders. If it is not there, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

 

5. RIGHT OF RETURN

According to Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return a purchased product for certain reasons within 14 days from the date of payment and no later than 7 days before the event date.
The refunded amount will be returned to the card used for the original purchase.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. Data is processed in good faith and according to legal provisions.
Processing is performed using mixed means (automated and manual), ensuring security, confidentiality, and the rights of data subjects.
The provider collects and processes only the data provided by consumers during order placement: name, surname, phone number, address, postal address.
Personal data is used exclusively for website administration, order delivery, or contacting the consumer.
By this notice, users and consumers acknowledge that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used.
The provider processes users’ and consumers’ data provided while navigating, using, or registering on www.okmm.md.

Any information provided by users and consumers will be considered explicit consent for personal data to be used by the Provider.
The Provider will not disclose personal data to third parties without the data subjects’ consent and will not sell, trade, or disclose data unless required by law (e.g., to public authorities, legal bodies, courts).
